This menu item runs the current search again and finds any new results from the search. No results are ever lost, but new results may be added using this button. This is a good method for monitoring a subject on a regular basis.
Duplicate results are removed, and any new results can be found by clicking on the Date column. This sorts results by the date they were downloaded, so you can easily find the new results.
