This menu item filters the index to only show those index words and phrases which contain likely email addresses. This menu item is a toggle, so selecting it again turns off the filter.
You can see the most emails if you slide the index slider all the way to the left to show the maximum number of index words and phrases and then click this menu item.
This menu item displays index words or phrases that contain the "@" symbol.
