This menu item filters the index to only show those index words and phrases which contain likely names. This menu item is a toggle, so selecting it again turns off the filter.
You can see the most names if you slide the index slider all the way to the left to show the maximum number of index words and phrases and then click this menu item.
The names that it uses are in the text file CommonNames.txt which you can edit.
