imetasearch-800x600

iMetaSearch is the first meta search tool based on singular value decomposition or SVD. SVD is a powerful method for finding patterns in data that is used, for example, in latent sematic indexing or LSI. iMetaSearch gathers results from search engines, does SVD analysis on them, and displays them in a fast, no-frills, interactive interface so you can quickly explore the results. Unlike other search tools, there are no limits to iMetaSearch. It can get as many results from search engines as they are able to supply.

Try iMetaSearch free for 15 days. After that, you must register it for $49USD using the Help | Register menu item in order to continue searching.

iMetaSearch includes the following features:

1.No limit searches - there are no arbitrary limits on the number of results or on the number of index words.
2.SVD based analysis - automatically generates an index, clusters, and a relevance network among index words and search results.
3.Filter for names and emails - filter the index to display only those words or phrases that contain likely names or email addresses.
4.Adjustable cluster and index sizes - the number of clusters and the size of the index are adjustable with slider controls.
5.Export to HTML or CSV - export index words to CSV (for Microsoft Excel) files, or export search results to HTML or CSV files.
6.Follow-up searches - right click menu allows follow-up searches from index words or phrases in one click.
7.Import or build engines - you can import engines easily, or build engines for your favorite sources.

iMetaSearch displays its results in four main screen areas.

·Clusters are groups of search results. The slider control by Clusters determines the number of clusters.
·The Index is a list of words and phrases extracted from the search results. The slider control by the Index determines the number of index words.
·Results are the individual search results.
·The Current Result shows the details of the currently selected result.

iMetaSearch provides a number of powerful analysis capabilities.

·Click a cluster button to mark the first result of the cluster and update all relevance bars.
·Mark an index word to find relevant results automatically (like looking up an index in a book).
·Mark an index word and find other relevant index words automatically (like a thesaurus).
·Mark a result and find similar results automatically (like a referral service).
·Mark a result and find similar index words automatically (like finding keywords).
