The Extracted Words area contains all the words and phrases extracted from all results found during the search. Each row represents one word or phrase and has columns for:

Mark - the checkbox used to mark or unmark a word or phrase.
Relevance - how related this word is to any marked (by clicking its checkbox) word, group, or result.
Words (xxx showing) - the actual word or phrase, also tells the number of words showing (this can be changed by moving the Words slider control).
Count - the total number of results the word or phrase appears in.

Legal search words must not appear in the StopWords.txt file and must have 2 or more characters. Phrase must start and end with a legal word. The StopWords.txt file is modified using the Options | Add StopWords... and Options | Remove StopWords... menu items.

The slider control for Extracted Words determines the number of words. The futher the slider is over to the right, the more words will appear.

Each word also has a relevance bar whose length is calculated automatically whenever a word, group, or result is marked. The relevance bar shows how related the word is to the marked word, group, or result. By sorting words by relevance (just click the Relevance column header), you can quickly see which ones are most closely associated with any marked group, word, or result. An orange relevance bar means that word appears in a marked search result.

Once you have identified interesting words or phrases you can quickly search on them. Just mark the words or phrases, and then click the Words | Using Marked Words menu item or press the shortcut key (Ctrl-S). This starts a search using the marked words and phrases. You can also right-click the word/phrase and choose Quick Search to immediately search on a word or phrase.
