Choose Engines

This menu item is used to tell iMetaSearch which search engines to get results from. Each search engine belongs to a category and you can either check mark entire categories, such as News & Comments, or check mark individual search engines, such as Google.

Once you have chosen your search engines, then the number of results requested are divided between those engines. For example, if you ask for 120 results and have chosen Google, MSBing, and Yahoo, then each engine will be asked for 40 results.

The free version of iMetaSearch can only use Google. If you upgrade to iMetaSearch Pro then you will be able to choose any or all the engines listed.
