The extracted words can be filtered in three ways:
To filter extracted words, do the following steps.
If you want words that contain certain text, enter the text in the include text box If you want words that do NOT contain certain text, enter the text in the exclude text box Click the Apply Filter button
The shortcut key for text filtering is Ctrl-T (remember to move the Words slider all the way to the right to get all the words). The shortcut key for people filtering is Ctrl-P (remember to move the Words slider all the way to the right to get all the people). The shortcut key for website filtering is Ctrl-W (remember to move the Words slider all the way to the right to get all the websites).
The people filtering relies on the CommonNames.txt file which contains common first names. You can edit this file to include or exclude names. The file is sorted each time it is loaded so do not worry about order when editting the file.
The website filtering relies on the DomainNames.txt file which contains domain extensions. This file should not be editted since it already contains all legal domain extensions such as .com, .edu, .org, and so on.
