The extracted words and phrases can be filtered to show people names and web addresses. This can be done by the following steps:
1) Drag the index slider all the way to the left to show the maximum number of index words and phrases. The actual number of extracted words and phrases is displayed in the Words column.
2) Click the Words | Filter For People menu item (or press Contro-P) and the extracted words will be filtered so that only people names will be displayed. This menu item is a toggle so selecting it again will turn off the filter and show all index words and phrases again.
The text file CommonNames.txt contains the names that are used for this filtering process. You can add or delete names to this file. They do not have to be sorted since iMetaSearch sorts them automatically after loading them.
The Words | Filter For Websites menu item (or press Control-W) works exactly the same way except that it filters extracted words and phrases for websites by looking for a legal URL extension within the word or phrase. The legal extensions are stored in the DomainNames.txt file.
