Words | Expand/UnExpand All Words

This menu item expands all the words that have a +/- in front of them so that all the phrases that start with that word are listed. This menu item is a toggle so that it words are already expanded then they are contracted instead. The Ctrl-E key combination is a shortcut to this menu item.
