Some General Keyboard Shortcuts:

 

1. While in the Search Bar:

 

the Ctrl-S or Enter key starts a search.
The Ctrl-O key opens an existing search.
The F1 key opens the help file.

 

4. While in the Current Result Summary:

 

The Ctrl-C key combination copies selected text to the clipboard.

 

2. While in the Groups of Results:

 

The arrows keys are used to navigate between the row and columns.
The Space Bar marks or unmarks the current group.
A mouse click in a checkbox also marks or unmarks the current group.

 

The Ctrl-U key unmarks all groups, words, and results.

 

A mouse right-click shows a pop-up menu for each index word or phrase.

 

2. While in the Search Results:

 

The arrows keys are used to navigate between the row and columns.
The Space Bar marks or unmarks the current result.
A mouse click in a checkbox also marks or unmarks the current result.

 

The Ctrl-U key unmarks all groups, words, and results.

 

The Ctrl-R key exports the results into a comma separated values or CSV file.
The Ctrl-H key exports the results into an HTML file.

 

The Ctrl-G key or the Enter key sends the browser to the current result web page.

 

A mouse right-click shows a pop-up menu for each index word or phrase.

 

3. While in the Search Words:

 

The arrows keys are used to navigate between the row and columns.
The Space Bar marks or unmarks the current word.
A mouse click in a checkbox also marks or unmarks the current word.

 

The Ctrl-U key unmarks all groups, words, and results.

 

The Ctrl-I key exports the index to a comma separated values or CSV file.

 

The Enter key expands or collapses the current word (if it has a plus sign in front of it).
The Ctrl-E key expands or collapses all words that have a plus sign in front of them.

 

The Ctrl-T keys filters the search words by any text.
The Ctrl-P key filters the search words for people names.
The Ctrl-W key filters the search words for website URLs.

 

The Ctrl-S key starts a new search on words or phrases that have been marked.

 

A mouse right-click shows a pop-up menu for each index word or phrase.
