Results | Go to Current Result Webpage

This menu item shows the webpage of the currently selected result. This can also be done by selecting the result and pressing the Enter key as described in Keyboard Shortcuts, or by clicking on the URL column of the result. The Ctrl-G  key is a shortcut to this menu item.
