Sorting Words

Using the Words | Sort... menu item, the extracted words can be sorted by:

•	Relevance - words are sorted by relevance bar length.

•	Alphabetically - words are sorted alphabetically.

•	Alphabetically by Case - capitalized words appear first sorted alphabetically, then lower case words appear, also sorted alphabetically.

•	Count - words are sorted by the number of results they are in.

To sort by the Relevance, Words, or Count column just click on that column header.

When a search is first displayed, words are sorted by the Count column.

Some words have a plus sign in front of them. That means that there are phrases that start with that word. You can see these phrases by clicking on the word itself, or by selecting the word and then pressing the Enter key. You can also expand or collapse all of these extracted words by the Ctrl-E key combination.
