iMeta-Full-600

iMetaSearch is the first free meta search tool that gathers results from the web and then analyzes them with a cutting edge method (Latent Semantic Analysis or LSA) that:

Saves time by putting related search results together into conceptual groups, and
Finds better results by giving personal relevance scores based on what you mark as interesting.

Search engines today usually have a proprietary method for ranking their results based on many factors. The problem with this approach is that once displayed, the rankings do not change and you are forced to search the whole list of results to find interesting ones. For example, when searching for jaguars you may find sports teams, cars, the animal, and who knows what else. How to focus on the one particular idea that you have in mind?

iMetaSearch deals with this problem in two ways.

1) By putting conceptually similar results into groups, you can concentrate on just the groups of interest and ignore all the other groups, saving valuable time in combing through results.

2) In addition, you can simply mark interesting groups. With this feedback, iMetaSearch changes the relevance scores so related results have higher relevance. When you mark more and more interesting results, iMetaSearch gets a better and better idea of what you're interested in so it can "zero in" on the results you care about and sort them to the top.

The result of these two solutions is that you find better results faster, and with less work.

iMetaSearch is free. If you choose to upgrade to the Pro version you receive the following benefits:

Any or all search engines can be used for any search (the free version uses only Google for all searches).
There is no limit to the number of results for any search (the free version is limited to 100 results per search).

You have nothing to lose by downloading it and giving it a try. If you don't like it, just uninstall it in seconds, it won't leave anything behind to clutter up your computer. If you do like it, consider upgrading to the Pro version.
